We work to create security in a modern society
We will work for economic, social and environmental sustainability. We work with IT-technology developments and always work long-term with our sustainability issues, especially in terms of accessibility and safety. As a socially important service with many users, we affect the environment and people as well as society at large. Therefore, we have chosen a broad perspective on sustainability and include environmental, social and business ethics issues. Our identified sustainability issues relate to our TelefonID service, our role as an employer and partner, and our work within climate and the environment.
Our business aims to eliminate phone and text message fraud in society and reduce unwanted phone calls where something is sold. We do this, among other things, by providing a user-friendly, secure and reliable service. In order for us to succeed, we must be an attractive employer and partner with an inclusive and equal culture. Through our service, we help our customers and users reduce the negative impact on the climate and the environment, and we work actively to reduce the impact of our own operations, often in collaboration with our most important partners.
